Everything you need to know about our custom packaging solutions, manufacturing processes, and global logistics.
01
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For fully custom rigid boxes and molded pulp packaging, our standard MOQ is typically 5,000 to 10,000 units, depending on the complexity of the structure and materials. We can also accommodate smaller trial runs for initial product launches.
02
Can I request a physical sample before mass production?
Yes, absolutely. We provide structural CAD designs, plain white mockups (1-3 days), and fully printed pre-production samples (5-7 days) to ensure structural integrity and color accuracy before bulk manufacturing begins.
03
What are your standard manufacturing lead times?
Once the final sample is approved, standard mass production takes roughly 15-20 business days. Lead times may vary based on order volume, material availability, and specific finishings like holographic foiling or soft-touch lamination.
04
What eco-friendly materials do you offer?
We specialize in 100% biodegradable custom-molded sugarcane pulp inserts, FSC®-certified paperboard, and soy-based inks. Our engineering team can help you design a completely plastic-free unboxing experience to meet your ESG goals.
05
How do you ensure zero-defect quality and color consistency?
Our manufacturing facilities are ISO 9001 certified and feature fully automated optical inspection (AOI) lines. As a G7 Master facility, we guarantee strict color consistency (0 ΔE variance) across millions of units globally.
06
Do you handle international shipping and VMI?
Yes. We offer end-to-end global logistics support including EXW, FOB, and DDP terms. For enterprise clients, we also provide Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) services to deliver packaging directly to your assembly lines right on time.
